Interessant, das ist wohl ein erster Anfang von dem, was früher oder später wohl alle Institute (hoffentlich) "bald" anbieten werden.

Comerzb. ist ja nicht die einzigste Bank die das so anbietet Postbank (2/2014) siehe hier u.a.
Die Banken hab auf Anfrage entsprechende Formulare (leider nicht immer zum direkten DL)

@infoman: Auch für PSP's in Lux gelten doch die SEPA-Regeln!?

Zahlstellen sind verpflichtet Sperren des Zahlungspflichtigen anzunehmen.

of 14 March 2012 establishing technical and business requirements for credit transfers and direct debits in euro and amending Regulation (EC) No 924/2009
Article 5
(d) the payer must have the right to instruct its PSP:
(i) to limit a direct debit collection to a certain amount or periodicity or both,
(ii) where a mandate under a payment scheme does not provide for the right to a refund, to verify each direct debit transaction, and to check whether the amount and periodicity of the submitted direct debit transaction is equal to the amount and periodicity agreed in the mandate, before debiting their payment account, based on the mandate-related information,
(iii) to block any direct debits to the payer’s payment account or to block any direct debits initiated by one or more specified payees or to authorise direct debits only initiated by one or more specified payees;

Wir haben die Sperrformulare ganz bewusst nicht direkt online gestellt, weil wir finden, dass dem Kunden gesagt werden sollte, welche automatischen Prozesse Black- und Whitelisten auslösen. Da macht es Sinn, sich mit dem Einzelfall auseinanderzusetzen und den Kunden zu beraten.

Das Thema ist EIN JAHR UND NEUN MONATE alt! Mir ist auch relativ unklar, wozu solche Hilfen gut sein sollen. Bringt alles nichts, wenn der Einziehende den Kopf in den Sand steckt und den Stop-Wunsch ignoriert.
