Zitat
Hi Hermann
Right, I've gone through the procedure, copying the files to another system and it seems to have gone OK. I had previously deinstalled KMM, then re-installed after the copying. That may not be necessary, I'm not sure.
I've attached csvimport.tar.gz, which contains the following:-
the plugin - kmm_csvimport.so - copy to /usr/lib/kde4/
desktop file - kmm_csvimport.desktop - copy to /usr/share/kde4/services/
rc folder - kmm_csvimport (inc one file) - copy to /usr/share/kde4/apps/
resource - csvimporterrc - copy to existing folder .kde4 in your /home/ root
Apart from the latter, they may need to be group root and user root, but you may get away without that. You will need to install those files as root user, though.
It's similar to the importerb but you won't need to save as qif. Just File/Import/CSV and the plugin should appear. If not, check Settings/Configure/Plugins and make sure it appears. If it doesn't make sure the files are where they should be.
Any problems/comments, just let me know. Good luck - sorry it's a bit messy.
