Hallo liebe Gemeinde,

ich als Kunde der NordLB kann nicht mehr mit Hibiscus auf meine Konten zugreifen. Die haben eine Infrastrukturumstellung gehabt und somit habe ich den Bankenzugang angepasst.

Habe vorher eine altes Jameica mit Hibiscus auf meinem Ubuntu-PC installiert gehabt und nun auf die aktuelle 2.0.1 bzw. 2.0.3 von Hibiscus aktualisiert.

Dort konnte ich dann unter Bank-Zugänge die IP und die Benutzerkennung anpassten. Doch leider kann ich noch immer keine Salden abrufen etc. da ich die folgende Fehlermeldung bekomme:

Verarbeitung der Nachricht nicht möglich+9050::Teilweise fehlerhaft'HIRMS:3:2:998+9030:7:Verwendeter Schlüssel unbekannt, Bankschlüssel muß neu abgeholt werden.'HNHBS:4:1+1'


Wie kann ich den Bankenschlüssel den neu holen lassen?

Hallo,
Problem gelöst - meine Ansprechpartnerin hat mir die falsche IP-Adresse gegeben. Somit konnte keine Synchronisation stattfinden.

Auf der Webseite der NordLB gibt es sogar für Hibiscus eine Anleitung. Die augelöste Adresse dort geht auch.

Da werde ich dann wohl mal wieder eine nette Email an die BLSK (als Ableger der NordLB) schreiben müssen, dass weder Ihre Ansprechpartner noch die Hotline richtig geschult sind ...

Schade auch. Also für alle NordLB und BLSK-Kunden nehmt die Anleitung der NordLB und dann geht es.

Danke fuer die Rueckmeldung. Ich konnte mit der Fehlermeldung "Verwendeter Schlüssel unbekannt, Bankschlüssel muß neu abgeholt werden" naemlich nicht so richtig was anfangen.
