Looking for an account with the following parameters, for traveling needs:

- English speaking net banking and phone banking
- Preferably no or low monthly fees and SEPA euro transfers
- Friendly to non German residents
- The card is not that important for now

So far I have only found Sparkasse to cater these needs, however it did not meet some additional requirements
- Sparkasse requires a German mobile number for SMS or a chip card AND also a debit card for Internet banking to work - that is too much stuff not easily replaceable to worry about in case of lost
- I prefer old fashioned code cards or iTAN or TAN lists
- Second best option is a digital signature that works without the Debit card and preferably can be installed on the computer or an Android device. Vasco offers these, at least the Android part
- 3rd option is a token which works WITHOUT the debit card. One less thing to worry about

Do you have something for me?
