Nachdem Jameica und Hibiscus in diesem Sommer zusammen in den Sprachferien waren, haben beide ihr Englisch aufpoliert 
Da es bestimmt Leute gibt, die der deutschen Sprache nicht so mächtig sind, sei es weil sie aus dem Ausland ein deutsches Bankkonto betreuen, bzw. in Deutschland leben, aber hauptsächlich in der englischen Sprache kommunizieren, gibt es somit nun eine Lösung.
Im aktuellen Nightly von heute Nacht (27. August 2015), ist sowohl für Jameica, als auch für Hibiscus, ein entsprechendes englisches Sprach-Paket enthalten.
Since Jameica and Hibiscus have been together for language course holidays this summer, both have brushed up their English.
Considering there are people not familiar with the German language, probably because they have to maintain a German bank account from abroad, respectively living in Germany, but mainly communicating in English, there is now a solution.
With the actual Nightly as of August, 27th, 2015, there is now an English language pack included. This applies to both, Jameica, as well as Hibiscus.
This might be in particular some good news for all expatriates, consultants, contractors, or who ever needs to deal with financial transactions, processed with a German bank account.
Hibiscus Electronic Banking has been fully localized to the English language. If you are on a system, using English as the current default locale, you do not need to do anything. Hibiscus will automagically switch to English.
If your system is on another locale, which is not English, the German language pack will still apply. To switch it to English as the default, you will need to make a config file change to force the language is set to English:
The file you need to adjust can be found in the sub-folder "cfg" of your Hibiscus user-data directory ("Benutzerverzeichnis"). For a good overview of the certain locations for different operating systems, please refer to the following Link: http://www.willuhn.de/wiki/doku.php?id=support:backup
In the sub-folder "cfg", look for a config file called "de.willuhn.jameica.system.Config.properties", open it with a text editor and add or adjust the following line:
Once this is done, Hibiscus will appear in English, the next time you start it up.
Please note there might be cases, where still some German dialogs are popping up, this is mainly due to the fact that bank messages, means messages sent from the bank, are provided in the German language only (as far as I know).
