Kann kein Pin/Tan-Verfahren auswählen!

Hallo,
habe ein Konto eingerichtet, wenn ich aber jetzt Saldo u. Unsätze abrufen möchte, kann ich in dem sich öffnenden Fenster zur Pin/Tan-Verfahrensauswahl nur das Einschritt-Verfahren wählen. Benötige aber Indiziertes Tan-Verfahren. Wenn ich mit dem Einschritt-Verfahren weiter arbeite bekomme ich Fehlermeldung: HBCI-Übertragung mit Fehlern beendet.

Das liegt meist daran, dass die Bank das TAN-Verfahren in der von dir genutzten HBCI-Version nicht anbietet. Loesche mal die PIN/TAN-Config und erstelle sie mit der HBCI-Version "FinTS3" neu.
