Fehler beim abgleichen des Kontos

Hallo erst einmal,

ich habe mir Hibiskus installiert und versuche nun mein Konto bei der Sparkasse Halberstadt darüber zum laufen zu bekommen.
Nun habe ich folgendes Problem. Das Einrichten des Servers hat ja geklappt und ich habe beim Test keine Fehlermeldung erhalten. Nun habe ich mir ein Konto aus den vorhandenen Daten des Servers eingerichtet. Wenn ich nun versuche abzugleichen erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:
